Shipping policy

Shipping Policy: All products are handmade in small batches to maintain freshness, as a result all orders are shipped within 5-7 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday. No orders will be shipped on Federal holidays. During the holiday season please allow 7-10 business days for your order to ship due to the increased amount of orders being processed. You will receive a tracking number & estimated delivery date once order is shipped. 

Lost Packages: Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages when the item is confirmed as delivered. If your package is missing please contact us immediately and we will begin an investigation with the mail carrier to attempt to track down the package. Please make sure your shipping address is correct & your package will be delivered to a safe area. If you are concerned your package may be lost or stolen please contact us before placing your order & we will facilitate your order being delivered with a confirmation signature. Additional fees may apply.
